Kulo' 2022

In 2022, MCCA in partnership with the Guåhan Humanities and Guam Green Growth developed a youth digital storytelling program called Kulo: Navigating the Narrative. 15 young adults ages 18-30 worked with seasoned photographers, graphic artists, journalists and videographers to enhance their digital storytelling skills and innovate indigenous storytelling. At the end of the program, Kulo’ participants developed projects on range of topics from food sovereignty, plastic pollution and more.
